The Little Beaver River Valley located in West Pittsburg, PA contains some of the richest soil in the entire Tri-State area. S&S Processing holds mining permits to remove these soil deposits. This dark, nutrient rich topsoil is screened to produce excellent soil products.
Screened Premium Topsoil. Blended with a high quality, organic compost and screened at 3/8ths of an inch, this product is completely free of stones, roots, and other foreign debris. Perfect for new lawns or in applications requiring a nutrient rich, highly organic topsoil.
Overrun Soil. An inexpensive by-product of the above, this soil cointains mostly “soil balls” and stone. A great fill soil for deep plantings.
Field Grade Topsoil. Available screened or unscreened, this clay loam topsoil is perfect for large plantings or in areas not requiring our premium topsoil.
